Summary

The aim of research: the study of immunomodulated action of chemopreparations (CP) on neu-trophile functional activity ( NFA ) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

In accordance with the set goal and tasks of the study 210 patients of different sex and age with variant form of pulmonary consumption and 74 strong people (control group) were examined.

It was revealed that CPcan influence on NFA both of helthy persons and patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with stimulating or depressing effect, but the action depends on the dose. A stimulating effect often occurs on a administering minimal CP doses, but when administering maximal CP doses the effect on NFA is depressing in patients with pulmonary consumption. The effect depends on a dose essentially. Suppressing and stimulation effects of CP were more marked among the healthy persons than among the patients with pulmonary consumption, because neutrophiles of the healthy persons possess a great adap-tive ability in comparison with the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Antigens influence on NFA according to NBT–test, phagocytar number, phagocytar index, gauges of acidic and alkaline phosphates, lactatdehydrogenase neutrophiles, mainly in a stimulating way, but CP influence mainly in a depressing way. The effect depends on a dose essentially.

The evaluation of activity of acidic and alkaline phosphates, lactatdehydrogenase in cytolyzate of rest and active neutrophiles improves and implements the characteristics of the NFA state.

The application of the PM-stimulin-3 in a combinated therapy results in a steady though not reliable deacrease symptoms and in reliable improvement of cellmediated immunity, humoral immunity data and natural resistance of the body.

The ability of PM-stimulin-3 to bring to some extents the deviated parameters of immunoassay reactivity and natural resistance in the norm, characterizes PIMI-stimulin-3 as adaptogen of herbal origin. The fitopreparation of domestic industry was proposed for the modulation natural resistance and im-munoassay reactivity for the first time. It was offered the method of modulation of natural resistance and immunologic reactivity in patients with pulmonary consumption with the preparation PM-stimulin-3 in the combination with the traditional therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis was offered.
