The purpose of the research: lies in the foundation and exploitation conditions pedagogical training on students ' motivation for learning in higher education.

Objectives of the thesis: the analysis of specific approaches on students learning motivation, learning motivation conceptualization training students; definition of the conditions on the formation pedagogical motivation for proper learning to students; strategies training on students' motivation for learning; experimental validation of training strategies on student motivation for learning academic cycle.

Scientific novelty: conceptual delimitation of motivation for learning in students from a psychological perspective, pedagogical and methodological; substantiate the concept of pedagogical conditions of formation of learning motivation in students: general conditions, educational conditions, specific conditions; build a model of psychological and pedagogical training to students learning motivation, focused on methodological and procedural dimensions determined by a set of principles and pedagogical conditions; motivational strategies for learning pedagogical training to students, as a combination of interactive methods with specific training motivation.

Scientific problem addressed in this research lies in harnessing contextual grounding and training system conditions to students motivation to learn (pedagogical, psychological and methodological) framing motivational and teaching / methodological adequate process efficiency and students' academic results.

Theoretical research is to: develop the theory and methodology of training motivation for learning to students by grounding the concept of pedagogical conditions, psycho-pedagogical model structuring, designing training strategies student motivation for learning.

Value of the researchis the identification of the conditions and of principles of pedagogical training to students learning motivation; psycho-pedagogical model development training to students learning motivation; design specific strategies training on students' motivation for learning, developing university curriculum in terms of integration of motivational content in curriculum.
