Summary

The structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, overall conclusions and recommendations, bibliography - 200 sources, 18 figures, 5 tables and13 annexes.

Field of research: employee behaviour within organizations, assessment variables and the factors modelling the individual and group behaviour.

The purpose of the research: concretization of the role of organizational behaviour in the activity of the institutions, finding and analyzing the variables, the methods and the techniques of modelling the employees’ behaviour, and recommending programs of organizational behaviour modelling in order to streamline the business activity.

The objectives of the research: the study and the genesis of the concept of organizational behaviour, its size, assessment variables - the analysis of instruments to prevent the counterproductive behaviour; the analysis of the existing programs of strengthening the organizational behaviour and the proposal of directions for behaviour modelling in the organizations of the Republic of Moldova.

The scientific novelty. We conducted a study of the field of behaviour arguing its role in the activity of the organizations; the analysis of the factors that influence the organizational behaviour; we justified the necessity to implement some actions which manage employee behaviour in order to prevent the counterproductive behaviour; we developed a program for behaviour modelling.

The originality of the work: We developed a program which comprises the objectives that stipulate the modelling of the organizational behaviour with the aim of streamlining the organizational and the managerial activity, and recommend this program to be implemented in the organizations of the Republic of Moldova.

The theoretical significance: the actual state of the behaviour in the enterprises of the Republic of Moldovan was assessed by highlighting some factors with a major impact on the organizational behaviour.

The applicative value of the research results consists in identifying some programs and behaviour modelling techniques to be used by the managers of organizations in order to develop their own programs for organizational behaviour modelling.

The solved scientific problem comprises: the identification of the solutions for the organizational behaviour modelling in order to streamline the managerial activities, as well as recommending their implementation in the organizations of the Republic of Moldova.

Implementation of the results. The results of the survey could serve in the development of programs of assessment and modelling of the behaviour of employees, taking into account the actual situation in the enterprise. The need to implement a behaviour modelling program is based on the results obtained from the State Energy Inspectorate (Certificate of Implementation no. 25 / 01-37 of February 5th) and SA "Victoriabank" (Certificate of Implementation no. 553-B-13 of March 18, 2013) organizations, which confirmed that the survey has been of great help, given the presence of symptoms of some counterproductive behaviours. Furthermore, the results of the research can be used in the didactic process of the higher education institutions for the undergraduate and master's specialties in Management, Business Management and Administration, and Human Resources Management.
