Summary

Structure of the thesis: introduction, general conclusions and recommendation, 3 otes, bibliography, which is made of: 441book titles, 156 pages of the actual text. The results are published in 7 scientific works.

Field of study. The thesis is placed in the criminological and criminal field, especially in the judicial psychology. Purpose. The aim of the thesis is that of informing a criminological concept nature of the personality of the offender from the perspective of some kind for her characterizations of all aspects through knowledge of all social traits, the offender's individual traits and their role in developing measures to prevent offences.

The objectives of the work consists in analyzing the reference studies on issues of criminal offender personality developed in Moldova, Romanian and other space States from the perspective of the battle and the development of measures for the prevention of crime; classification of types of personality of criminals, including in Moldova; elucidating the concept of ensuring information and theoretical and applicable methods of prevention of crime and the preventive model of social defence doctrine; cercetaea prevention of crime on the basis of the classifications and patterns of criminals.

Scientific novelty and originality consists of the elaboration of the concept of the personality of the offender as an object of preventing criminal offences on the basis of the treatment of complex personality of the offender and its typology, in order to make the prevention and combating of crime and criminal offences. An attempt was made to put the foundation stone of a new branches or sub-branches criminological studies titled personologia criminal who aims to address the context of the personality of the offender in the complex way of forecasting and founded on judicial statistics on the basis of objective and subjective factors to correlate and promote criminal policy of the State in combating and countering the phenomenon of crime. The important scientific issue resolved consists of the criminological approach in the complex offender personality and characteristic patterns as the object of crime prevention, in order to prepare, promote and carry out effective preventive measures, and individual infracţionalismului.

The theoretical importance and the applicative value of the thesis consists in the fact that the results of the investigation may serve as a landmark for the establishment of more rigorous and adequate appreciation of the different categories of offenders motivation seen through the prism of a typical and valued by means of subjective and objective aspects and a comprehensive interdisciplinary social, linked to better prevention, individual prevention and re-socialization of various types of criminal personalities.

Implementation of scientific results. This work constitutes a landmark in both the academic activity and the practice of lawyers concerned with institution of criminal personality.
