The specifics of corporate alliances management (based on the Republic of Moldova furniture manufacturers)

The purpose and objectives of the thesis are focused on identification of effective devices for strengthen management of strategic alliances on areas of excellence, established in the furniture industry of the Republic of Moldova.
The novelty and scientific originality of the investigation resides in achieving an original synthesis on contemporary organizations and organizational structures in the context of defining strategic alliances; description of strategic cooperation agreements with emphasizing the place, role and function of the strategic alliances particularities; development and harnessing innovative conceptual tools in strategic alliances administration; creating and implementing innovative platforms for consolidated management of complex structures within the organizational network; determining effects of enforced modulation principles for organizational management on strategic alliances, etc.
Important scientific resolved issue consists in determining the standardized interdependencies in the network type strategic alliances based on the modular principle, which allowed the development of an effective mechanism (management software) to organize and control the activity of strategic alliances for subsequent use by managers of strategic alliances generally, and in the Moldova‟s furniture industry branch particularlly, in order to improve the management of strategic alliances and increase their efficiency
The theoretical significance of this paper lies in the importance of theoretical and methodological development and diversification tools, aimed at the strategic management domain of business behavior in order to improve management mechanisms for strengthened strategic alliances in the furniture industry branch of the Republic Moldova.
The applicative value of the thesis consists in using the management tool, developed and implemented by the author, on the strategic areas identified in the context of management of modular strategic alliances in the furniture industry branch, with the vast possibility of applying thereof by managers and corporate (strategic) alliances specialists in other branches and economic sectors.
The implementation of scientific results were highly appreciated and implemented within the group "CAVIO" Euroatlant SRL and Furniture Manufacturers Union of the Republic of Moldova, as attested by implementation certificates conferred to the author in this regard.
