Work structure: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 257 titles, 14 annexes, 159 pages of basic text, 22 figures, 12 tables. The basic content of the thesis is being elucidated in 13 scientifical publications and a methodological Guide.

Field of research: refers to the general theory of education and the tackling the problem of the formative potential of family counseling in the educational institution (lyceum).

The Goal of the work consists in the elaboration, testing and validation of the theoretical and practical foundations of family counseling within the educational institution/ lyceum, structurated in The pedagogical model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution.

The research objectives: the examination and explanation of the socio-pedagogical guide marks, regarding the family counseling within the educational institution/ lyceum; structural-functional analysis of family counseling and of the formative impact on adolescents and parents; the elucidation of the historic and the dynamics ofthe appearance and evolution of family counseling; identifying the progress factors and the formative potential of family counseling in correlation with the peculiarities of adolescent age; development and substantiation of the Pedagogical Model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution.

Scientific originality and novelty of the research resides in: approach socio-pedagogical, historical and holisticof the family counseling within the educational institution; specifying and defining basic concepts, analyzed in the context of determining the essence, the specific and the integrative trends of family counseling within the educational institution; investigation and determination of the defining coordinates of family counseling within the educational institution , by highlighting the progress factors of the formative potential of this process and correlating the family counseling with the peculiarities of age, the models and the strategies of family counseling, the scientific argumentation of the theoretical-applicative foundations of family counseling, structured inside The Pedagogical Model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution.

The important scientific problem solved consists in the elaboration and substantiation of The Pedagogical Model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution, which includes theoretical-applicable benchmarks, implementation of which has helped to the increase of the personal efficiency of students and parents, which has led to the change of beliefs, attitudes and incorrect behaviors of these, producing the optimization of family education, school career of teens; strengthening and harmonizing the family relationships teens-parents.

The theoretical significance of the research is supported by the examination of the types, forms and counseling methods, the delineation of counseling dimensions: psychological and pedagogical/ educational, ensured the development of their characteristics, has led to the clarification of responsabilitites and the development of Advisers ethic code content; as well as to the highlight of the defining features of the family counseling, inclusively, to the determination of the formative potential of this one. Examination of the emergence and evolution of the family counseling concept and phenomenon, helped to establish and explain/ give scientifical reasoning to the theoretical fundaments and integrative trends inside the family counseling.

The praxiological value of the work consists in the elaboration and validation of the theoreticalapplicative foundations, structured in components and instruments of The Pedagogical Model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution.

Implementation of scientific results has been achieved through experimental research done inside the Theoretical Lyceum ,,George Meniuc” from Chişinău; the Theoretical Lyceum ,,Iulia Haşdeu” from Chişinău; by the capitalization of family counseling strategies and the implementation of The Pedagogical Model of capitalization of the formative potential of family counseling within the educational institution, as well as by the frame of national and international scientific conferences, and by the scientific publications, practical activities with students and their families researched.
