Summary

This thesis is including: introduction, 3 chapters, common conclusions and recommendations, bibliography from 294 titles, attachment, all volume 215 pages, 150 pages of the main text (without bibliography), 363 examples (85 are in the text), 200 pages of the main text. Results of this research were reflected in 11 published scientific articles.

The field of research: 651.01 Theory and History of Arts.

The Goals and tasks of thesis research is to study the formation and evolution of landscape in Arts, the introduction in scientific circulation of landscape in Bessarabia, RSSM, Republic of Moldova from the left side of the river Prut, investigation of bibliographic sources, archival collections of the state, personal, adding of the base of different sourses; identifying the cases of fine arts’ formation and evolution of the landscape, from different periods, different styles of genres from Moldova; identification of specific landscape in medieval art in the modern and contemporary Bessarabia, MSSR and Moldova.

Scientific novelty of this work. This thesis is the first scientific thorough research in the establishment and development of landscape in visual arts of Moldova.

The scientific problem that was solved in the process of studying the genesis of landscape in Moldova’s fine arts, was to determine its specific character and to bring it in the scientific circuit of its genre. In this thesis there are the main periods of formation of landscape in the context of art development. The author considers some works and creation of famous painters that were at the beginning of progress of this genre in Moldova. The absence of theoretical research and analysis of some works determined our attention to that theme, which became panoramic survey of historical development of landscape in the National Art.

Theoretical meaning of this work. All materials of this thesis and results of research can be the base for next scientific investigations in the field of visual arts.

Practical meaning. Results of this research will be used in educational process in school institutions and in the context of history of national art; as didactic material in artistic higher and medium institutes for teaching course named "The aesthetics, artistic training". All materials of the thesis were used by us for teaching specialty at the faculty "Urbanism and architecture" of Technical University of Moldova.
