Structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations,
bibliography with 200 titles, 11 annexes, 19 figures, 13 tables, 136 pages of text. The results obtained from
the research have been published in 9 scientific articles.

The field of research: includes theoretical and practical aspects of the international consulting
activity and outsourcing in conditions of economic globalization.
The aim of the research: identification of the factors and means of the development of international
consulting and outsourcing as tools for creation of competitive advantages, at both the national and
international levels, in the context of economic globalization.
The objectives of the research: determination of factors of influence and tendencies that are
manifested on the international advisory services market; analysis of destinations and tendencies of the
international outsourcing in the context of crisis of 2008 - 2009 and in the present conditions; elaboration
of a study in order to evaluate the situation on the domestic advisory services market, as well as the
advantages and limits of the respective market; identification of ways to capitalize the international
outsourcing opportunities in the Republic of Moldova, as a specific field of consulting activity.
The scientific novelty of the thesis is based on the following elements: the development of the
theoretical aspects regarding the international consulting activity and outsourcing by defining concepts and
systematizing their particularities; identification of advisory activity and outsourcing as tools for creation
of competitive advantages in the framework of economic globalization; conducting diagnosis of the
consulting services market in Moldova and assessing its trends, in terms of supply and demand;
determination of the factors that contribute to the development of consulting and outsourcing in Republic
of Moldova, but also of the existing constraints in the respective areas.
Theoretical and practical relevance of the thesis. The research carried out represents a contribution
to the development of theoretical fundamentals of international consulting and outsourcing. The results
generated by the research have a practical relevance for the specialists that activate in the field of consulting
services, concerned to raise the competitiveness and focused on the effective interaction with customers,
business expansion and capitalization of the existing reserves. Also, the practical value is determined by
the possibility of implementing the recommendations regarding the opportunities for outsourcing in
Republic of Moldova, correlated with international trends and practices.
The scientific problem solved in the field is determining the ways to develop the consultancy market
in Republic of Moldova, by identifying directions to increase the competitive advantages and efficiency in
the consulting activity by applying outsourcing of business-processes, in order to meet and match
international practices and enhance the existing opportunities, in the context of economic globalization.
Implementation of the scientific results is confirmed by certificates of implementation, issued by
B.C. "Mobiasbanca - Groupe Société Générale" S.A., Î.C.S. "Raiffeisen Leasin g" S.R.L. and Î.C.S.
