In the present research we have approached the sport training improvement of the youth handball players I, females (aged 16-18) in the basis of perfecting it by modeling the instructive process of coaching planning during the training period, the specialization stage.
The result of the theoretical approach of the issue, advanced experience, sociologic questionnaire, test, pedagogical designing and modeling have ascertain the best structure and contents regarding the handball players training, in the coaching system of the block type mezocycles which have been worked out on the basis of associated and belated metrical tasks methodology, established by the effects of the instructive and functional transfer of the qualities aiming at intensifying the process of specializations, by strictly obeying the fundamental methodological principles: the systemic cyclical and continuity principles dissected towards the cumulative results as a consequence of the efforts dynamics during the training process.
The application of the elaborated methodology which focuses on consistently achieving the contents of the coaching planning in both microand mezocycles during the training stages has allowed the increase of the players technico-tactic training level, which proved to be qualitatively different from the traditional one.
The results of developing this pedagogical experiment allow us to emphasize of the instructive training tasks system as well as of the general and individual pedagogical evaluation methodology as consequence of 153 training lessons within the three mezocycles of the coaching stage.
All the materials of the present research will be applied in the instructiveeducational
coaching process as part of the sport clubs which are specialized
in handball and of the physical education and sport faculties as well as part of
the recycling courses for handball coacher.
