The present research has as main purpose to experimentaly develop the efficiency of the combined motrical qualities for improving the tehnical – tactical eficiency of the junior players (17 – 18 years old). The pedagogical observations and the undertaken research studies have reached the conclusion that the training level of 17 – 18 years old juniors is unsatisfactory and that the training process for this group doesn’t encourage enough the development of the combined motrical qualities, persisting on the development of the basic motrical qualities.
As a result of the present research there has been developed and put into practice an experimental programm of training the junior football players with ages between 17 and 18 years old. The programm has as main purpose the development of the combined motrical qualities specifics for the football game in the purpose of optimizing the tehnical – tactical eficiency of the team and as well of the players.
Applying this programm proved to be efficient because the players from the experimental group have registered a superior level of training and an obvious improvement of the tehnical – tactical efficiency in comparation with the control group.
The results obtained following the research can constute a practical –
metodical guide for a proper training of the junior players of the football clubs and
associations, but can serve as well as a study material for the college students
specialized in football.
