Within the homework of the research presented here we have tried to elaborate the problems concerning the professional-pedagogical training of the students from the faculties of physical education and sport within the specialized lecture “Body Building”. On the basis of the theoretical generalization of the problem, of the synthesis, analytical projection, sociological questioning, of the pedagogical observations and of the empirical researches, it has been established the generalized monogram model of the didactic-professional activity of the physical culture teacher during the pedagogical system “Lesson” and at the same time the proper contents of the means and methods of pedagogical abilities forming, in order to achieve the basic objectives of body building in the instructive educative process of the physical education in schools.
The use of the elaborate method concerning the realization of the curriculum for the specialized lecture on the basis of our own staged training program and of the integrative pedagogical system constitutions has permitted the raising of the training level-both theoretical and practical methodical of the physical culture teachers to belevel which qualitatively is different from the traditional one.
The elaborate method approval during the instructive and practical formative experiment in the 5th and 6th semester, allow us to affirm that this method is an effective one.
The professional monogram indexes of the didactic activity concerning it’s basic parameters at the students from the experimental groups are essentially different from the parameters-both at the physical culture teachers and at the students from the witness group.
The materials of this research may be used during the instructive-educative
process at the faculties of physical education and sport and also during the system of
improving the specialists qualification in the domain of physical culture.
