The dissertation is dedicated to the grounding of the concept and motivation of the essence of reglementation of international economic relations; the elaboration of the methods of appreciation, the analysis and evaluation of the extern-trade with agro-food products; the analysis of the importance of the comparative advantage in the reglementation of the extern trade; the elucidation of the directions of the durable development and the utilization of the economical foreseeing in the process of forecasting the evolution of the development of the importing-exporting relations with agro-food product.
With a view to achieve the proposed objectives, there were examined the basic aspects which aim at the content of international economic relations, the forms of manifestation of the trade act in the economical conditions on the market; it is analyzed the present – day state of the extern-trade with agro-food products of the country, as well as it is appreciated the exporting – importing potential, the absorption and the specialization degree for agro-food products through the comparative advantage prism.
On the basis of the investigations done, the author has been elucidated and analyzed the main directions of the development of importing-exporting relations with agro-food products of the republic. At the same time, the author examined the extern trade politics of the Republic of Moldova and specified the state’s role and international organizations with view to reglementation and promotion of the extern trade with autochthonous agro-food products.
The results of the research have a basic principle, a methodological and operational
aspect and can have and application in the development of importing-exporting relations with
agro-food products at the macro and micro economic level. The researches that have been dong
by the author contribute to the revision and improvement of the development of the strategy of
the international trade relations
