Summary

This thesis is devoted to research the consequences of realization of land reform in Republic Moldova.

In the thesis are revealed the necessity and stages for the realization of land reform, which took place in Republic Moldova, are argued. And also is revealed change concerning the property that is transition from state to a private property, his advantages and the analysis of a present condition of agricultural sector is carried out.

In the thesis the accent is put on the economic and social results of land reform, what are the consequences of reorganization the agricultural enterprises, positive and negative aspects of the privatization of ground fund and certain proposals for the resumption of the activity in agrarian sector, the improvement of tax and material and technical support systems and the development of the ground (land) market.

One of the consequences of realization of land reform – decrease in a standard of life and the disintegration of the infrastructure in country sides. And also measures for the improvement of the social infrastructure in country sides and for the decrease in a level of the poverty of the population of Republic Moldova are offered.

The results of the scientific researches do have a great scientific and practical value and are directed to the increase of both economical and social efficiency of the land reform in Republic Moldova.
