Summary

The purpose of the current research thesis has become the elaboration of theoretic aspects of leadership in the context of conceptions and current approaches of management, the evidencing of the factors of formation of the leadership system in the organizations from Moldova and their argumentation of the recommendations on achieving an efficient leadership in the conditions of understanding market relations.

In this paper was unrevealed the essence of leadership, its nature was researched; the development directions of leadership were analyzed in interconnection with the management tendencies of the XXI century.

The conclusions on the necessity of creation at the country’s industrial units of an efficient leadership system on he basis of groups of intensive organizational development in correspondence with the learning organizations or the intellectual organizations conception.

In this context, in the thesis, is formed the criteria of evaluation of evidencing potential leaders and determining their development necessities; also a complex of evolving measures is presented for managers with leader potential on the basis of conceptual knowledge importance.

The recommendations of the author for resolving the approached problems in research thesis can be used at the elaboration of didactic programs, counseling, trainings, lesson tests.
