Summary

In actual conditions of globalization are clearly seen the tendencies of internationalization of financial and investment sphere. In the first place it refers to the financing of innovations, thanks to the specific role of the international corporations in this domain.

This research is dedicated to the development of the main criteria of international structure of innovations’ crediting.

There were created the principles of development informational and technological subsystems, which would insure an effective functioning of transnational structures.

It is recommended the application of an economic-mathematical solution to this problem.

International structure, which is developed in the given the work, was studied according to the economical region of Central and Eastern Europe.

The research was realized according to actual conditions of the Republic of Moldova. There was pinpointed the role of transnational corporations in the Republic of Moldova economy, as well as the country’s participation in regional economic structures.
