Summary

In the thesis for a doctor's degree are researched the main questions concerning the definition concept of political and legal institutes and mechanisms, called to guarantee the supremacy of the Constitution. The author of thesis has the purpose to study the maintenance and the legal framework of the political, parliamentary, constitutional control.

Attention to issues of respect of the supremacy of Constitution in Republic Moldova, as well as in Romania, of the role of political and legal mechanisms in maintenance of supremacy of Constitutions in both states, and legal relations between them in the process of their activity is paid in the thesis.

Political, legal and public control as effective mechanisms of guarantying the supremacy of the constitution is analyzed in thesis.

Concrete suggestions including legislative for the improvement of the existing situation in this dimension are made in the conclusions with the purpose of optimization of political and juridical mechanisms that guarantee the supremacy of Constitution in the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
