The present project presents a scientific investigation on the degree of political parties’ institutionalization in the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, first of all there is given a synthesis of information referring to the topic, which is followed by an analysis of the development degree of the Moldavian political parties on the basis of accumulated theoretic-methodological sources. The authors paid their attention on some of such aspects of institutionalization of political parties as: historic-cultural, politico-sociologic and politico-juridical.
The actuality of research is organized according to the significance of the party’s institution in the process of society democratization. The specific theoretical importance of the work is provide by the interdisciplinary approach of the investigated subject. The empiric basis of work is presented by monographs, manuals, dictionaries, scientific and publicist articles, written either by foreign or Moldavian authors. The national normative acts have a definite role referring to the political parties.
The content of this work is structured in three chapters, which fully reflect the author’s purpose. The first Chapter is one of the theoretic-methodological nature, and the others are praxiologicals. In the first part of the theses there are analyzed such conceptions as “institution”, “political institutionalization”, “ political parties’ institutionalization”. The second and the third Chapter presents, in particular, the analysis of the degree of political parties’ institutionalization in the Republic of Moldova and the multi-party system, in general.
All the conclusions and recommendations, deduced in the results of the recent investigation, are welcomed for the process of consolidation of the parties system in the Republic of Moldova.
They are addressed to the social-political organizations from the Republic of Moldova, scientific
and educational institutions, and also to the decision factors from the legislative domain.
