Summary

The main goal of the present work is the analysis and modeling of the dynamic parameters of the electoral processes which are taking place in period of democratic transit in the Republic of Moldova. This investigation is a first study which includes, from political science point of view, the examination of the connection among electoral space and time in dimension of genesis, concept and structure Moldavian social-political area.

The first chapter reveals theoretical and methodological maintenance (philosophical, sociological, politological) of the definition of the essential concepts – space and time: social, political and electoral. In this chapter are formulated the fundamental hypothesis of the analysis and modeling of the parameters of the electoral space-timed continuity.

The analyze of the essential criteria’s of electoral time within the framework of political transformations in the postsovietic period in the Republic of Moldova is presented in the second chapter, the correlation’s between it’s constitutive elements also was investigated.

By promotion in this chapter of the long-time and short-time factors we can conclude that these dimensions have an impact on the position both political actors and electors in the electoral space structure in Republic of Moldova. A special attention on this analytical level was paid to the study of cleavages in definition and modeling of the electoral space.

In the third chapter was introduced the study of the metrical and topological parameters which reflect the evolution of the electoral process in Republic of Moldova in 1990-2003 period. In accordance with the subject of electoral space-timed parameters coordination, were examined regularities and tendencies of the electoral phenomenon, in integrity, as the position data and vectors which are describing the electorate dynamic and static’s, in particular.

The both perspectives – „electoral space” considered as a form of electoral process existence and „electoral time” considered as it’s development are useful for understanding of electoral process and in order to base the Moldavian political life development to democratic typical project.
