There have been investigated the interplays of HMP and LMP with cations of lead and cadmium by the polarographic method on the surge of metal cation recovery; there has been established the possibility of using the indicated method for research of linkage of metals by pectins. There has been also investigated the influence of raw material on process of linkage, and there has been established that water soluble components of vegetative raw material, in particular phenolic matters, may augment or reduce the linking capacity of pectin or may not influence it. The mechanism of linkage of cations of lead and cadmium by pectins within the contents of composite structure has been offered. The principles of forming BAA of composed structure with given properties have been formulated, there has been offered and approved the principle of compatibility of biologically active components in the structure of biologically active additives. There have been elaborated new, effective biologically active additives, destined for the linkage and elimination of toxic metals, including radionuclides from the organism and, and the technology of their production. There has been also proved by biomedical and clinical researches the safety and the possibility of using the elaborated biologically active additives in the food allowance of ill and healthy people without limitation of the application term.
