In work the hypothesis about an opportunity of maintenance of reliable corrosion protection of concrete of designs is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed, at influence on them of products of processing of fruits and vegetables, with increase of corrosion resistance of the concrete, and also its additional isolation by a complex paint and varnish covering.
Researches on optimization of the structure and properties of concrete are executed with use of experimental-statistic modelling under the D-optimal fourfactor plan. The additive organomineral complex raises corrosion resistance of concrete gratitude to high plasticity of the concrete mix, increasing the density at colmatation while exploiting pors, waterproof and antibacterium properties.
Isolation of the concrete surface by the developed complex of paintintig and varnishing cover provides additional anticorrosive protection of concrete constructions due to the high biochemical resistance, the raised adhesion and crackstability, low swelling and permeability.
Developed a complex paint and varnish covering corresponds to sanitary and hygienic norms and it is authorized for direct contact to liquid foodstuff.
