Summary

In the work are presented the results of researches on the improvement of extracting technology of propolis and its usage in apiterapy.

It has been studied the technology’s influence of harvested propolis on the flying activity of the bees, hibernation, development and productivity of bees families, the content of the biological active substances in the component of propolis and the usage of harvested propolis on increasing the organism immunity, the breeding’s intensity and chicken « silver Adler’ s» viability.

During the improvement of extracting technology of propolis it has been examined the technological parameters and the action of some stimulants of the productivity of bees families, based on which it was elaborated the extracting method of propolis (Patent of the Republic of Moldova, Nr. 2442).

It has been established the positive action in using of the hydroalcoholic suspension of propolis to the organism immunity and it has been elaborated the immunoprophylaxis method of infectious disease poultry (Jamboree’s disease).

The obtained results present theoretical and practical interest in the increasing productivity of the bees families and imunoprophylaxis of infectious disease poultry.
