Summary

The thesis focuses on the issue of improving the instructive-educational process of university physical education oriented towards raising the level of professional-applicative physical training and of the capacity of psychosocial integration of the future engineer in machine manufacturing.

The theoretical substantiations, methodical argumentations, sociological investigations and practical determinations allowed us to establish the socio-professional profile of the bachelor in machine manufacturing.

On the basis of the socio-professional chart of the future engineer in machine manufacturing carried out depending on the current visual exigencies, there was established the educational content of the instructive-educational process as well as the typology of the physical educational classes and there was carried out their echeloning in the annual plan in compliance with the methodology of physical education process planning oriented towards the professional-applicative physical training in lessons, theoretico-methodical-8; seminaries-4, in laboratories-4; practical lessons of psychomotor training-52; evaluation lesson-8; independent activity-128. The carrying out of the professional-applicative physical training of the future engineer in machine manufacturing on the basis of the socio-professional chart content required the drawing up of new programs based on means taken from gymnastics, athletics, tennis, ping-pong, badminton and football-tennis, on the basis of which we supposed there can be carried out the professional-applicative physical training of the students in machine manufacturing agreeably with the socio-professional particularities. The application of new programs through typologies of combined “three sport” lessons and its modeling in compliance with the planned syllabus, at an experimental echelon, created a significant growth of some tested indexes. Once the experiment and the statistical calculations finished, there was observed a growth of the averages at the general physical training tests, functional and physiological tests, general and specific psychomotor tests, theoretical tests of intellectual capacity appreciation as well as those of psychosocial integration.

There were also highlighted significant correlations between the studied parameters and ergonomic indicators emerged from the socio-professional activity timing. These correlations can support the content optimization of the instructive-educational process physical training in the ergonomic conditions of the professional chart specific to the faculties of machine manufacturing.
