Summary

The objective of the doctorate thesis consists of highlighting the peculiarities of the labor law correlation, as a wage - earner who has an exquisite position, along with the Labor Law subjects. Accordingly, an objective of this study is:

- to establish the journalist's position as a wage - earner in the activity production field of press institutions as employers;

- to analyze the journalist's professional status and professional responsibility;

- the system of norms regarding journalist’s work and activities as being part of any press institutions;

- distinguished Labor Law correlation of a journalist, including the work contract as a foundation of the Labor Law's correlation like a spring of rights and obligations for the sides;

- problems of concluding a work contract, circumstances of conclusion, duration, content, aspect and its implementation;

- journalist's responsibility problems. Simultaneously are examined legal and moral accountability.

There are analyzed all sort of legal responsibility: disciplinary, substantial or material, civilian (including moral), administrative and criminal.

In the forth chapter, is illustrated the most important criteria of suspension of the working contract, especially with agreement of the sides, in regard with its expiration date; suspension of the work contract according to the owner's proposal due to reasons th at do not depend on the wage - earner (journalist's incompatibility with performed work), and because of reasons that depend on the wage - earner (work discipline appropriation); work - contract's suspension due to the journalist's salary.

The leading conclusion that can be drown from the content of this study illustrates that journalist's Labor Law correlation is determined by the work’s social activity, being part of institutions (state or private), mass-media that approaches the informational daily issues (or lack of it) of milion of people from certain countries or from the whole world - wide community.
