Summary

This work design procedures of static characteristics (SC) for separate electricity receivers (ER) and load units of the industrial enterprises development, and also the new, advanced methods and algorithms for calculation of SC electricity receivers and loading units, allowing to increase reliability of the information on a power consumption as well as being one of directions power saving technologies in conditions of deficiency of capacity in a power supply system.

Work contains five chapters.

In the first chapter the review of the literature on existing methods of reception SC both separate electro receivers and units of loading with reference to systems of industrial power supply (PS) is carried out. The analysis of influence SC on operating modes of systems of intrafactory power supply is given, ways of power saving are considered and necessity of account SC is specified at calculations of losses of the electric power and increase of an overall performance of compensating devices.

In the second chapter the analysis of existing design procedures SC of asynchronous machines is carried out, the expediency of their improvement is proved, the technique of definition of parameters for equivalent circuit is developed on the basis of the catalogue data and reception on their basis of SC, examples of calculation and analysis SC are realized.

In the third chapter the analyze of interrelation of parameters of asynchronous machines is carried out, the factor essentially influencing consumption of capacities is determined, ways of reduction of capacities consumed by asynchronous machines are determined. For the solving these problems were used methods of experiment planning.

The fourth chapter is devoted to the complex approach for calculation of SC for units of loads; modeling SC for transformers; electrolyze installations; synchronous electric motors; electric lamps of various types; condenser batteries and other loading. It is necessity to consider the account of influence of temperature of windings the asynchronous machines and wires of lines on losses of capacity in power supply system. The algorithm of calculation SC of units of loading is done.

In the fifth chapter questions of a choice of criterion for voltage optimization for an in unit of load are examined; the method of definition of an optimum voltage level for complex units, using SC, is submitted. Optimum voltage for variation of load capacity factor and type of the electric drive are determined. The estimation of an optimum voltage is carried out with the purpose of decrease of capacity losses for transformers from 25 up to 2500 kVA, and also an estimation of intervals of possible economy of electrical energy, due to transition to more effective light sources in view of their SC and also at change of a voltage in allowable limits by the ГОСТ.
