The thesis is devoted to researching the physical, chemical, boichemical and organoleptical consuming properties (33 indexes), the effectiveness of production and the profitability of storing 19 sorts of table grapes (cultivated in the central part of the Republic of Moldova), which are new and regional sorts, but which have not been studied earlier from the point of view of science of goods.
The dispersion analysis allowed to reveal the determinating role of this sort the climatic conditions, the vegetation years and other factors on some consuming properties (physical, chemical, biochemical and organoleptical) and on their modification during the storage period. On the basis of correlation analysis there are shown the mutual connection between 33 indexes of the consuming properties of the studied sorts. Based on the detailed analysis of the obtained data there were discovered the most profitable sorts for production and storage and the most valuable ones from the point of view of consuming properties. There is being presented the general conception of the notion goods’characterists of table grapes and there are formulated goods’characteristics of 19 studied sorts.
The results of the researches made under this thesis are summarized in 20 scientific articles with the volume of 3.80 c.a.
