Summary

The work contains the results of scientific researches deal with directed synthesis of the phospholipids by yeasts, the development of the ways of obtaining the biomass with high content of lipids and phospholipids, and of liposome formation from the microbial lipids.

It was proved that gamma-rays induced changes in the bio-synthesis of phospholipids and fatty acids at yeasts, which are shown through high content of phosphatodilcoline, phosphatodilglicerine and linolic acid. By the gamma-rays irradiation of the Rhodotorula gracilis CNMN-YS-02, 2 variants of yeasts with high lipids and phospholipids bio-synthesis were obtained.

The study of co-ordination compounds, containing central ions of zinc, molybdenum, crom, cobalt, vanadium, and iron in combination with mangan, nickel and cobalt, revealed the regulatory effect of amino-composites Zn (II) and compounds on the basis of iron and carboxylic acid on the lipids and phospholipids synthesis by the yeasts variants from the Rhodotorula genus.

The comparative analysis of effects of unconventional nutrition sources (extracts from grapes, apples, tomatoes press-out), the predecessors of lipogenesis (sunflower-seeds oil, soya oil, olives oil, maize oil), inductors – Na, K phosphorus salts and sodium acetate, allows to propose a new procedure of oriented synthesis of lipids and phospholipids, which increases the lipids content by 46,5% (up to 35,9 ± 2,43g of lipids per 100g of dry biomass) and the phospholipids by 42% comparative to the control.

A new procedure of lipids extraction from the yeasts biomass is elaborated. The technology of obtaining phospholipids with composition specific to bio-materials for the preparation of liposome from yeasts is proposed.

It was established for the first time the possibility of obtaining liposome from the phospholipids, extracted from the yeasts of Rhodotorula genus. It was shown, the liposome elaborated on the basis of microbial phospholipids are sensitive to temperature, concentration of bio-material, ultrasonic processing, freezing. All these ones can be considered as important factors, capable of changing the structure of liposome.
