For the first time have been made some complex studies of four hybrids and its parental lines, which permitted to appreciate the genetical polymorphism of studied genotypes and to reveal new genetical and molecular aspects of heterosis.
It was found out that mitotic activity was more intensive at heterozigote genotypes in comparison with homozigote lines. The relationships between productivity characters of this crop and its association with heterosis were revealed.
The determination of quantitative and qualitative peculiarities of total and fractionated proteins allowed to put in evidence the genetic polymorphism at homo- and heterozigote sunflower’s genotypes and to obtain new arguments and proofs in support of existent hypotheses and theories of heterosis, especially dominant and codominant inheritance of protein and DNA molecular components. The level of polymorphism correlates with the manifestation of different agronomical indexes.
Cluster analysis established that according to total proteins the studied genotypes formed two
clusters: homo- and heterozigotes, whereas according to globulins the genotypes were grouped in
dependence of their families. The clusters obtained as the result of the analysis of RAPD products of
amplification, grouped genotypes in accordance to their yield.
