Summary

The thesis is dedicated to the grounding of the concept and the argumentation of the essence of the financing mechanism; elaboration of the methods of appreciation, analyses and evaluation of the financing mechanism in small business; the analyses of small agricultural business’ importance in up-to - date economics; the argumentation of the developing tendencies in small business in the agriculture of Moldova Republic and the legislative aspect that regulates its activity; the elucidation of the ways of improving the affairs in the Republic of Moldova on the perspective of its integration in the European Union.

On the purpose of achieving the suggested objectives in the work were examined the essential aspects of the financing mechanism; its forms of manifestation in the conditions of the market economy. In the work is analyzed the present situation of the small business in the agriculture of the Republic of Moldova ,tendencies of its development as well as the financing opportunities in the context of integration in the European Union.

On the account of effectuated investigations, the author showed and analyzed the financing mechanism of small business enterprises from the agricultural field of Moldova country. It was also revealed the role of the state and the International units in order to regulate the financing mechanism of small business in the Republic of Moldova.

The results of the research have a conceptual, methodological and operational aspect and can be applied in the development of the small business in the agricultural field. The research done by the author contributes to the revision and to the improvement of the development strategies of the financing mechanism of small business in the agriculture of the Moldova Republic.
