Summary

Dissertation work is devoted to questions of the theory and practice of efficiency of investment process in agrarian and food business of Republic Moldova.

The agrarian and food sector is necessary for national economy though it collides with set of problems: a low level of financing of economic agents; insufficient use of the modern equipment and intensive technologies, and others. Constant investments of investments are necessary for the decision of these important problems of agrarian and food sector.

In work necessity and the importance of an investment of investments for successful development of business in agrarian and food sector of Republic Moldova are given reason; it is analysed the given process; and, also the basic problems with which investors are revealed collide, and the basic ways of their decision are offered.

As a result of scientific researches calculation of the basic parameters of economic efficiency of an investment of investments into agrarian and food sector of Republic Moldova per 1995-2005 is executed and the statistical estimation of influence of investment process on gross national product in this sector is carried out. The special attention in work is given to ordering of investment risks, characteristic for agrarian and food sector. Thus mechanisms of their prevention or decrease are offered and given reason.

In dissertation work the basic parameters quantitative and quality standard of investment process are certain. Thus methods and technics of calculation of economic efficiency of investment in agrarian and food sector are offered; statistical processing of the received results in view of features in this sphere of activity is executed.

Necessity of the further increase in an investment of investments into agrarian and food sector with the instruction of sources of financing and ways of their application is given reason. With the purpose of the further development of agrarian and food sector of Moldova the necessary share of use of investments in its structure, including foreign is established, for each kind of activity and their volumes are certain.
