The given scientific research details the problem which relate to institutions of the President of Moldova Republic: statute of presidential mandate, place and role of the President of the Republic in system of public authorities, his role as a guarantor and mediator. Taking into consideration the importance of the presidential institution in the Moldova Republic, through prism of functions, which he carries out, and assignments of the President of the Republic, the actuality of the research is classed among the scientific trends the study of which deserve a primary attention and require a profound research.
Regarding the grade of research of multiple aspects which relate to presidential institution in Moldova Republic it should be mentioned that the given problematic has found reflection in a number of studies on specialty. However, it is established an insufficiency of practical solutions to clear determine the place and role of the President of Moldova Republic in the system of authorities.
Analyzing the presidency institution in Moldova Republic it was pointed out that the study of the role of the President of Republic in the system public authorities and relations with legislative, executive and judicative powers is important from both theoretical and practical points of view.
The proposed object is achieved by formulation of some conclusions in a doctrinarian-theoretical plan and recommendations in normative-legislative plan wit reference to presidential institution of the Moldova Republic.
The work represents a contribution to reflection of place and role of the President of the Republic is in the system of public authorities, his role as mediator with a view to assure the equilibrium of powers.
The work has a conceptual construction of a monographic study, including and combining theoretical and historical aspects of the presidential institution. The given work is considered to be useful both for scientific-didactic process and for practicians.
