Summary

The paper contains 128 pages, 8 drawings, and 32 tables. The results of the investigation have been published in 11 scientific works.

Study field: Social psychology.

The purpose of the research is to determine influence made by attitude to peers of a younger teenager with hearing disability in order to form interpersonal relations and create possibilities for their exploitation while developing interpersonal links.

Objectives of the research: reveal peculiarities of relations of younger teenagers with hearing disabilities and their influence on interpersonal links with peers; to work out, inculcate and determine psychological interference of the Programme on development or the positive attitude and interpersonal links; to work out recommendations on the development of psychological support relationships and interpersonal links of a younger teenager with hearing disability.

Scientific novelty. For the first time, the investigation on influence of attitudes of younger teenagers with hearing disability on the creation of interpersonal links in the conditions of inclusive education has been conducted in the Republic of Moldova. The new element is personal approach of a younger teenager with hearing disability, influence of individual attitudes on the personality's development. The psychological program of interference has been worked out on the bases of participation encouragement in the development of interpersonal links with others and overcoming difficulties in interrelations with peers, this fact has allowed to emphasize effective methods, strategies and techniques for copig with difficulties and creating support for constructive interpersonal relationships.

The important scientific problem solved consists in determining of influence made by attitude of a younger teenager with hearing disability to peers: which led to the establishment of new opportunities psychological intervention, development and implementation of a program developers to improve interpersonal relationships with peers.

Theoretical significance of the paper is that peculiarities of attitudes of a younger teenager with hearing disability as a subject of interpersonal relations have been defined, methodological and technological bases of psychological interference into the development of relationships and overcoming difficulties in interpersonal relations have been worked out and asserted.

The practical value: The suitable Programme of psychological interference for altering attitude in optimizing interpersonal links of a younger teenager with hearing disability has been developed, asserted and realized; it can be used by psychologists in consulting. The established facts may be implied in the programs on preparation of school psychologists, teachers and for improvement of their professional skills, also in development of methodological instructions on inclusive education, in informative materials for parents, teachers and psychologists.

Implementation of scientific results. The results were used in counseling young people with disabilities in the center of rehabilitation and social protection of children at risk "Пламьче" Taraclia and to optimize activities of the NGO "Prima" on the implementation of inclusive education.
