Field of study: Pedagogy. Research purpose: to improve the motoric ability of high school students by step teaching/learning methods specific volleyball game in physical education lessons and how they can improve the technical preparation of high school students.

Research objectives: 1. Studding the teaching process, in order to identify methodological aspects of using the means specific to volleyball game in order to improve and optimize the physical development of teenagers using specific means of volleyball game; 2. Establishment of the motoric and technical skills of the students in secondary school; 3. The determination of the influence of motoric performance of secondary school students on the quality of execution volleyball game items to enhance technical performance; 4. Rationale experimental increasing overall motor skills and technical training to high school students through the development and implementation of the training program with specific means of playing volleyball in teaching.

Novelty and scientific originality of research consists in objectifying practicing volleyball game in the identification and optimization of physical education lessons involving current improvement of educational, by implementing new means of volleyball game, needed to increase the effectiveness of physical education activities, such as and motoric capacity directly determines the technical preparation of high school students using intensive methods of teaching and learning.

The current major scientific problem area lies in the application of content and specific means the volleyball game that will help increase driving and technical training of students in secondary school. Specific means the game of volleyball proposed can be successfully applied in teaching the game who serves as a prerequisite for achieving the goal.

The theoretical significance of the paper is to argue system specific means of volleyball implemented in the core school curriculum in order to improve the lessons of physical education and also create the possibility of applying the methodology of teaching and learning the game by changing, with well defined purpose, training and motor technical high school students.

Practical value of research results consists in a process of selection and algorithmic methods specific to volleyball game that can be applied in the lessons in order to improve the motoric capacity and technical training of the students in the secondary school, which is based on the principles of teaching in general and in particular principles of consecutiveness and continuity of teaching process.

Implementation of scientific results have been implemented educational processes, with specific means of sports practiced by students of the National College "Constantin Carabella" School of Arts" Balasa Doamna" from Targoviste.
