Summary

Field of study: pedagogy of physical education.

The purpose of research: development and experimental substantiation of the effectiveness of the methodology for the introduction of games and competitive methods in physical education classes in gymnasiums.

Research objectives: 1. Analysis in the literature data in order to identify the organization of training in the discipline "Physical Education" in gymnasiums. 2. Questioning adolescents and physical education teachers in order to improve the effectiveness of physical education lessons at this stage of training. 3. Developing a methodology for the introduction of games and competitive methods in physical education classes in gymnasiums. 4. Verifying and substaining experimentally the effectiveness of the methodology developed by the author.

The scientific novelty and originality:of the work consists in the development and experimental substantiation of the methodology for the introduction of games and competitive methods in physical education classes in gymnasiums, the effectiveness of which is estimated by the results of the annual dynamics of motor activity indicators, as well as health indicators and the level of satisfaction of the teenagers with the quality of lessons that distinguishes it from other works in this direction.

Current scientific problem of high importance: to be solved in the study is the improvement of the effectiveness of physical education lessons in gymnasiums by justifying the methodology developed by the author for introducing games and competitive methods, which will lead to an increase in the interest of adolescents to lessons, improving their health status and overall physical fitness.

The theoretical importance: of the results of the work is to justify the effectiveness of implementing the methodology developed by the author, which is of some value in improving the health indicators of adolescents, their level of motor preparation and the level of satisfaction of schoolchildren with the quality of physical education lessons, and the growth of self-confidence. They expand the range of knowledge necessary for specialists in the field of physical culture.

The value of the work: lies in the possibilities of applying the methodology and methodological recommendations developed by the author to improve the effectiveness of physical education lessons in gymnasiums.

Implementation of scientific results. The results of the research are introduced in physical education classes in the Theoretical Lyceum "Pro Succes" and "M. Sadoveanu "city of Chisinau. They are used in the process of education of students, future teachers of physical culture and with the professional development of these specialists in the State University of Physical Education and Sport.
