Summary

Thesis structure: The research consists of 275 pages of basic text and includes introduction, four chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 322 entries, 36 diagrams, 25 tables, and 11 appendixes. The basic contents of the dissertation have been reflected in 34 scientific publications and 2 monographs.

Research area: General Theory of Education.

Research objective: elaboration and justification of the theory and praxeology of organizing forming-and-developing university environment on the integrative approach basis.

Research goals: presenting the analysis of theoretical messages and categories-insight approaches to education and upbringing as arranging bases for the forming-and-developing university environment; defining and stating the scientific-theoretical, heuristicmethodological, and praxeological provisions of organizing and developing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of environmental and integrative approaches; defining the role of integration among scientific, academic, and extracurricular university activities in providing students with the ability to develop professionally and individually as competent specialists; justifying technological-methodological models of integrating academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities inside the university frames, presenting regularities of integration, its principles, components, directions, methodical and educational aspects, subjective and objective bearers, quality indices, identifying the angles of problem fields’ integration; systematizing the research of the issue genesis, identifying the complex of key provisions and presenting them in the Conception of forming-and-developing university environment within the frames of postmodernist approach; elaborating the structure-and-essence Model of organizing and developing the forming-anddeveloping university environment grounded on the integrated approach based on the conceptual foundations developed in thje research; application of scientific approaches and methods of strategic marketing in developing stages of innovative organization and development of the forming-and-developing university environment; grounding and justifying experimentally effectiveness of the presented scientific, methodological, and praxeological principles of organizing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of the integrated approach. For this purpose it is important: to develop, in accordance with the Model and Praxeological algorithm of activities aimed at developing forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of integrative processes, innovative Methods of integral evaluation of the quality of the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of the integrated approach; to monitor in the integrative-pedagogic way, on the basis of elaborated Methods, the forming-and-developing university environment, and identify effectiveness of the experimental work in organizing and developing the forming-and-developing university environment.

Research novelty and originality are observed inasmuch as: for the first time a challenge has been set in pedagogies and a complex systemic analysis has been fulfilled to study the phenomenon of “forming-and-developing university environment” in the context of the topical purpose solution, that of developing a student, professionally and individually, as a competent specialist. Theory and praxiology of organizing the forming-and-developing environment outline directions in the university environment and transition into the condition of multidimentional integrity – the area where students are free to choose sources of their knowledge, skills, and value orientations created in this area on the basis of integrated scientific, academic, and extracurricular activities, and make influences on professional and individual development of students as competent specialists. A solution has been found to the scientifically important problem of grounding and elaborating a new direction in pedagogies: theory and praxiology of organizing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of integrated approach, which consists in the system of theoretical views, methodological settings, and praxiological approaches to organizing and developing the forming-and-developing university environment.

Theoretical importance of the research consists in: justifying reasonability of joining together the scientific views, theoretical ideas, methodological positions, and praxiological approaches to arranging forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of integrative approach into a new direction in pedagogies – theory and praxiology of organizing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of an integrated approach; identifying conceptual approaches to organizing the forming-and-developing environment in a higher educational institution and presenting them in the Conception of forming-and-developing university environment within the frames of the postmodernist approach and the Structure of forming-and-developing university environment; presenting the results of a fundamental research in the problem of organizing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of environmental and integrated approaches, in the context of integrated academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities in a higher educational institution; reasoning the conditions and factors of preparing specialists with higher professional education on the basis of integrated academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities; enriching the notional theoretic-methodical apparatus by introducing the notion of “forming-and-developing university environment” and specifying the notion of “extracurricular activities”; singling out and justifying the data of integration quality in the academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities in a higher educational institution; reasoning, as based on the synthesis of productive ideas, the technologicomethodological models of integrating each of the major activities in a higher educational institution – academic, scientific, extracurricular; stating the binding role of competences while integrating academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities and placing it in the matrix of integration of general and special (in kinds of activities) competences; building up the Model of organizing and developing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of an integrated approach; working out the praxiological algorithm of activities developing the forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of integration processes support, which allows to disclose the logic of developing the abovementioned environment; innovation methods of integral evaluation of the quality of forming-and-developing university environment on the basis of an integrated approach while calculating the generalized function of quality D for the forming-and-developing university environment using the values of the compared quality data allow to reduce the set of forming-and-developing environment characteristics to one numerical value, or to calculate the value of the generalized quality index of the given environment basing on its parameters. The research practical importance the results of the research have been implemented in the practice of the Shevchenko State University of Tiraspol.

Implementation of the scientific results: Theoretical and practical results of the research were presented at international and scientific conferences, published in a number of scientific articles, monographs, methodological guides, and implemented into the educational process of the Shevchenko State University of Tiraspol and partly into the educational process of the Moldova State University. Aside from that, the research results were used when developing the growth strategy of the Shevchenko State University of Tiraspol through to 2022.
