Summary

Thesis structure: introduction, 4 chapters, 5 conclusions, 6 recommendations, bibliography of 150 titles, 3 annexes, 149 pages – basic text, 50 figures, 21 tables. The Results of study were reflected in 14 scientific works.

Field of study: Oncology Purpose the estimating of curative-diagnostic indications to PNE in infra-renal obstruction, at the patients with locally advanced basin tumors and the analysis of postoperative results.

Paper objectives. Etiology Study of infra-renal obstruction to patients with LATB and determination of indications to PNE. Demonstration of the PNE advantages in ORI liquidation and the comparative evaluation of it. The evaluative features characteristic of nitrogenous retention indices and of anemia to patients treated by PNE, specific treatment applied later. Diagnosis algorithms developing ant the treatment of infra-renal block and of RI to patients with LABT. Analysis of complications to uremia patients, with the immediate results evaluation and from distance, estimating the PNE contribution on life quality, survival and economic benefit. Scientific novelty and originality of the paper. For the first time in clinical material were analyzed the causes, the structure and the frequency of infra-renal obstruction to patients with TLAB. Also two algorithms were developed: one of early diagnosis of ureteral obstruction detection and the second – of minimally invasive treatment of patients with LATB obstructive renal insufficiency.

Important scientific problem solved in this field. The early determination of clinicalbiochemical and instrumental criteria characterizing the infra-renal block with the development of renal insufficiency and the development of early algorithms of diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment of ORI. The theoretical significance and applied value of the paper. The obtained in this paper results established and reveal the etiological factors of ureteral obstructions in LATB at different stages of diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. It was demonstrated the PNE for urine draining to patients with ORI. The study results were implemented in the current activity of the Oncological Institute and the Straseni District Hospital.
