The results of the research were published in 19 scientific papers with a total volume of 5.7 bp, of which author's were 3.61 bp.

The purpose and objectives of the work: a detailed study of the conceptual foundations of motivational management, the establishment of interrelations and features of various theories of motivation, the identification of existing problems of motivation in the winemaking MCP ATU Gagauzia, as well as the development and implementation of a motivational model at the research site that would help improve the efficiency of enterprises in this industry. The scientific novelty and originality of the study consists in: the development of conceptually new principles of motivational audit, that contribute to an effective implementation and realization of the developed motivational model throughout the entire period of its functioning, as well as the modelling algorithm of the motivational model recommended for implementation at the enterprise and the foundation of the motivational model management, applicable for small and medium-sized wineries of ATU Gagauzia, which will have a synergistic effect, on one hand – to increase the efficiency of the activities of the analyzed enterprises, on the other hand – to increase the satisfaction with the work of employees and, as a result, employees self-motivation.

An important scientific problem solved in the thesis is the search for an effective approach to motivational management as a means of increasing the activity efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises through the introduction of a strategically-directed motivational audit, the original model of motivational management developed for these enterprises, based on the specifics of the study, and methodology of carrying out the motivational audit and development of algorithm of model of innovative management introduction on the object of research.

Theoretical and practical significance of the work consists in revealing the features of various approaches to motivational management, the reasoning for the unique innovative model of motivational management, the innovative approach to motivational audit, and the development of a methodology of the implementation of this model that is appropriate and adequate in today's business environment. The materials of the work can be used as a theoretical and methodological basis for such training courses as: „Human Resources Management”, „Humanitarian Resource Management”, „Human Resources Management” and Introductions to the first and second cycles of the scientific discipline” Motivation Management, specialty ”Business and Management”, as well as the development of new training programs, based on the specifics of the course.

The implementation of scientific results took place in a number of national and international conferences, forums, round table meetings. The methodology of carrying out the motivational audit and the innovative model of motivational management was implemented at three enterprises of ATU Gagauzia: JSC Vinuri de Comrat, JSC Tomai Vinex, JSC Nexovin, which noted favorable tendencies of development associated with the introduction (in whole or partially) of the developed methods.
