Summary

Field of study: it refers to the general theory of education and to approaching the issue of training the educational negotiation competence to the managers in the pre-university education.

The research purpose consists in the theoretical and practical establishment of pedagogical reference points of training educational negotiation competence to the school managers. Research objectives: conceptual set out of negotiation and educational negotiation in the context of current scientific researches; the establishment of the theoretical basis of training educational negotiation competence to the managers in pre-university education; elaborating the Pedagogical model of training the educational negotiation competence to managers; validation of the Methodology of training the educational negotiation competence to managers from pre-university education; the analysis and interpretation of experimental results.

The scientific novelty and originality consist of approaching and defining the concept of educational negotiation; the elucidation of the values of negotiation culture in educational field; the development of a Pedagogical model of the educational negotiation competence training to managers and of the Methodology of training the educational negotiation competence to managers from pre-university education. As well, their value was confirmed in the educational practice.

The main solved scientific problem consists in theoretical – applicative establishment of functionality of Pedagogical model of training the educational negotiation competence to managers in order to adapt the educational process to the needs of modernization, fact that contributed to reveal the importance of this competence for improving the pre-university institution activity. The theoretical importance of the research resides in: establishing the epistemological basis of negotiation; defining the concept of educational negotiation from the psycho-pedagogical perspective of the educational management; theoretical substantiation of the Pedagogical model of training the educational negotiation competence to managers and of the Methodology of training the educational negotiation competence to managers from pre-university education; the organization of the ideas on educational negotiation.

The practical value of the research is represented by: the identification of the system of tools and diagnostic indicators and assessment of negotiation competence of managers in preuniversity education; the compilation of the curriculum of educational negotiation competence training; experimental validation of the Methodology of training the educational negotiation competence to managers from pre-university education.

The implementation of scientific results was achieved through experimental research conducted within TSU, MSU, SPU "Ion Creangă", SIE, Education Department of Criuleni and High School "Nicolae Donici" from Dubăsarii Vechi, district Criuleni; by valuing the training strategies of educational negotiation competence and the implementation of Pedagogical model of training the educational negotiation competence to managers, through national and international scientific conferences, through scientific publications and practical activities with the masters of the "Educational Management" and "Institutional communication Management " with managers and school teachers.
