The work is based on the results of the investigations dedicated to the elaboration of the technologies of obtaining of the new immunomodulator classes with an increased containing of immunoactive amino acids in the basis of biomass of the Spirulina platensis CNM-CB-02 (CYANOPHYTA) and the research of its action on the immunological reactivity and natural resistance.
Thus, there was elaborated the original technology of spirulina cultivation with a predictive containing of immunoactive amino acids in the basis of which the new preparation BioRSpI whith immunomodulatory action was obtained.
The containing of immunoactive amino acids is higher in the preparation BioRSpI than in preparation BioR, for example the containing of the glycine, valine, alanine, glutamic acid is 1,6-2,3 times higher, serine, threonine, asparagine is 3,2-4,3 times higher, tryptophan, arginine, cysteine is 6,5-8 times higher.
There was examined 99 patients of different age, both male and female sex with diverse forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and 50 healthy persons (control group), where “in vitro” means that preparation BioRspi has both stimulatory and suppressive action on the functional activity of T lymphocytes and the containing of glucose, consummated from the cultivation medium, the containing of T, T-TFR, T-TFS lymphocytes, B and 0 lymphocytes, on the containing of neutrophiles, the functional activity of neutrophiles.
The normalizing optimal dose of the preparation, needed for the regulation of the changed parameters of the immunological reactivity and natural resistance, is individual and situated at different limits, starting with the undiluted preparation up to the dilution of 1:512.
The action of the preparation BioRSpI is dependent of the initial parameters of the immunological reactivity and natural resistance. Thus, the preparation BioRSpI has stimulatory action at the patients with the low initial parameters (subnorma), suppressive action at the patients with increased parameters and the preparation has no action, when parameters are situated in norma limits.
As a result, such a mechanism of action on the changed parameters of immunological reactivity is characteristic for immunomodulators from the adaptogens group, that permits to classificate the preparation BioRSpI to the group of immunomodulators of vegetal origin (adaptogens).
