The results of theoretical and experimental researches of the technological process and of the working organs for introducing liquids in vineyard and orchard plantations are presented in this work. It has been done by the author from 1975 to 2002. These results gave the opportunity to propose technologies and new methods of introducing liquids in deep holes, to create modem technical means, which provide the technological process orientated to the work efficiency and the crops, to improve the working conditions and to protect the environment.
The followings have been done: - new conception and theory of researching the technological process of forming deep holes were elaborated using AutoCAD and MathCAD programs; - new technological process for introducing liquids in deep holes and the main machine scheme with the working organ, which provides this process were scientifically motivated and the theory was elaborated; - general method of defining and building the surfaces and trajectories of augers general points of the rotative mechanism with general and particular analytical relations were elaborated; - geometry and the holes form and also the optimal form of the hole taking into consideration the soil resistance, the rotative mechanism dimensions and the depth of the hole reflected through mathematical methods were researched; - proposed technological process was motivated, the cinematic equations of the auger points were elaborated, the cutting speed and the advanced movement of the auger are been calculated and researched; - calculus methodology of the tasks, which actuates on the auger and the energointensivity of the working organ and the auger’s working critical state was elaborated; - methodology and the calculus relations of the rotative mechanism dimensions, of the auger form, and of the optimal functional regime was elaborated; - theoretical fundamentals of the water jet interaction with the soil, of the penetrating the liquid to the bottom of the hole and the calculus methodology of the optimal hydraulic parameters were elaborated; - modern schemes of the working organs for introducing liquids in soil, which can be used in a larger range of agricultural technological proceedings were created.
The theory of the technological process was elaborated, and technical means were created, which were used in an exceptional way at solving the conceptual, theoretical and constructive problems with a high volume of theoretical, numerical and experimental investigations using the computer's possibilities and modern methods of investigation.
