Summary

Field of study- technics.

Purpose of thesis is the improvement of the quality of solid biofuels in accordance with policies of development of the renewable sources of energy. Aims of thesis: identification of the annual stage regarding the insurance of solid biofuels in the form of pellets in accordance with good practices which are promoted in the EU and which are correlated with those practices which are in our country; elaboration of recommendations for the technological way selection and the development of a mathematical model regarding the establishment of optimal conditions of the pretreatment process of the raw material and the establishment of mixtures of biomass composition which will ensure the production of fire pellets from our own raw material with qualitative characteristics according to requirements rules of ENPlus 3.

Scientific novelty consists of: critical detailed analysis of the actual stage regarding the insurance of fire pallets quality produced from agricultural waste; research of the opportunity of obtaining solid fuels of EnPlus quality in the Republic of Moldova from domestic raw material; using thermochemical pretreatment in lignocellulosic biomass used in the production of fire pallets and the establishment of raw material optimal composition in the production of fire pallets.

Theoretical importanceconsists in the proposal of a complex estimation methodology of the energetic potential of the agricultural vegetal waste with an energetic purpose and proposal of an original technological torrefaction process of lignocellulosic biomass used in the production of fire pallets.
