Structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, bibliography of 147 sources, annotation (Romanian, Russian, English), 120 pages of basic text, 21 tables, 15 figures, 5 annexes. Publications on the thesis: 15 scientific papers. Field of study is represented by School Didactics (English). The purpose of the research consists in developing the methodology of forming communication skills of Law students by capitalization of the juridical vocabulary (Annex 1).
Research objectives: determination of the linguistic and psycho-pedagogical fundamentals of the Law students training for the professional communication; study of the historical evolution of the concept of communication skills in English; examination of the theoretical approaches on the methodology of teaching-learning-evaluating the English language in higher education; identification of the psychopedagogical premises and the professional imperatives regarding the motivation for learning the English juridical vocabulary by the Law students; CCLE assessment of Law students in terms of using the juridical vocabulary; experimental development and validation of the Pedagogical Model of the Formation of CCLE in Law Students (PMFLS) for the use of the juridical vocabulary in professional communication.
Scientific novelty and originality: elaboration of lexical qualitative indicators of professional communication in Law students; determination of the CCLE descriptors on the use of juridical lexis by Law students.
The solved scientific problem: though the researches in the field of pedagogy have theoretically and/ or praxeologically substantiated the formation of the communication skills in English (CCLE) at the university level, yet, there is insufficient use by the Law students of the English juridical vocabulary for professional communication.
The theoretical significance of the research: the study of the theories on the teaching-learning-evaluating the English language methodology in higher education; the epistemic and praxiological valorisation of the indicators and descriptors on the quality of the juridical lexis of Law students in CCLE.
The applicative value of the research: the experimental development and validation of The Pedagogical Model of Training the CCLE in Law Students for the enrichment of the juridical vocabulary, which represents, in the present research, the methodology of developing the CCLE in higher education.
The implementation of the scientific results was realized through: the mediatization of the results at national and international conferences, published in didactical and scientific materials applied in higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova and Romania.
