The work constitutes a review focused on a large number of physiological, biochemical and biotechnological particularities of Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 studies and the elaboration of inreached in bioactive compounds biomass obtaining.
The nutritional medium three times more productive and 25% cheaper then initial medium for Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 cultivating had been elaborated.
Emploing researches argued the posibility of transitional metals coordinating compounds like the regulators of biosynthetic activity of cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03.
Due the using of mathematical planing methods of experiments were elaborated modus of phycobiliproteines and exopolysaccharides direct synthesis by cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03. Like a result of combinative using of chemical stimulators and varing of cultivating conditions( irradiation schedule and temperature) was elaborated the most effective technology for cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 cultivating, wich gives posibility to use the maximum biosynthetical potential of cyanobacteria and to obtain concurrently 4 bioactive preparations (EPZ; EN; FB и RN). Was demonstrated the effeciency of EN preparation in using like the growth stimulator and lipidogenesis stimulator for Streptomyces canosus CNM 71, and like the stimulator of cyanocobalaminogenesis, porphyrinogenesis and lipolitic activity for Propionibacterium freudenreichii s.s. shermanii CNM PB-01. The other preparations shows themselfs like biological sorbents of 60Co2+ şi 134Cs+ ions with high absorption factor.
The obtained results sortify the prospectivity of cyanobacteria Nostoc linckia (Roth) Born et Flah CNM-CB-03 using like biotechnological object and promote to deside problems in elaborating the biotechnologies for bioactive compounds from cyanobacteria obtaining, and to use the products of biosynthesis in different areas.
