Domain of the research– high school pedagogics.
The goal of the research consists of design and approbation of the pedagogical technology directed to pedagogical formation of the beginning teachers by means of developing their professional competences (in a workplace).
The research objectives: to analyse a problem of formation of the beginning teachers in higher education institution in the course of their pedagogical activity, to analyse degree of professional competences and competence being studied in scientific and methodical literature; to design a model of pedagogical technology for professional competences formation; to develop substantial filling of each structural part of pedagogical technology; to prove conditions of realization of pedagogical technology; to develop the model of professional competences and to define criteria and indicators (descriptors) for determination of professional competences formation level, to make a pedagogical experiment.
Scientific Novelty and Originality consists in: justification of new approaches to pedagogical formation of the beginning teachers in higher education institution, by means of pedagogical technology of professional competences formation (in a workplace); in development of curricula of the “Pedagogical Startup” system and a seminar “Introduction to a profession”, in development of the educational designs directed to formation of the corresponding professional competences containing educational modules: "The teacher and work", "The teacher and science", "The teacher and the tribune", "The teacher and the subject", "The teacher and the computer", "The teacher and colleagues", "The teacher and higher education institution", "The teacher and students", "I am a teacher", "The teacher and health", "The teacher and the world"; in creation of the flow chart of training and the system of diagnostics of professional competences formation level.
The solved scientific and significant problem of the research consists of technology development of pedagogical formation for professional competences formation of the beginning teachers in higher education institution (in a workplace).
The theoretical value of the research is reasoned: by definition of theoretical and scientific bases of pedagogical formation of the beginning teachers in higher education institutions; аre defined tasks and functions of pedagogical activity; analysis of the concepts "pedagogical technology", is given its definition, аre studied concepts, "professional competences", "competence", design of pedagogical technology model of professional competences formation.
The practical value of the research consists of the development: technology of pedagogical formation for developing of the beginning teachers’ professional competences in higher education institutions (in a workplace); educational constructions and educational modules of the Pedagogical Startup system and seminar "Introduction to a profession"; the model of assessment of professional competences development level is created.
Implementation of scientific results was made by means of realization of pedagogical formation technology of the beginning teachers in Academy of economy and law in Tiraspol from 2011 to 2017, including through national and international scientific conferences, of scientific publications.
