Summary

Structure of the thesis: introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions and recommendations, 195 references, 103 pages of basic text, 40 figures, 23 tables. The obtained results are published in 21 scientific papers.

Field of study: Biology. The purpose of the study: determining the dependence of vital potential and free amino acid content in blood on the structure of the ration in different period of age.

The objectives of the research:
1.Study of the ration impact with a different content of constituents on the vital potential of the organism in different age periods.
2. Estimation of the nutrition influence with different content of the constituent components of the ration in association with forced dynamic physical effort on the vital potential and the body mass of the rats in the periods: of growth (young), of stable functioning (mature) and biological degradation (senile).

3. Determination the particularities of the modification of the free amino acid content in ratsʼ blood fed with different component content of the constituent components of the ration at different age periods.

4. Estimation of the influence forced dynamic physical effort on the free amino acids concentration in ratsʼ blood of different ages fed with different contents of ration constituent components.
5. Assessiment of the nutrition impact with different content of constituent ration components in association with testosterone on the content of free amino acids in the blood and the body weight of rats in periods of stable functioning (mature) and biological degradation (senile).

Novelty and scientific originality: For the first time a comprehensive study of the rations impact with different content of the constituent components on the vital potential of the body at different age periods was carried out in association with forced dynamic physical effort and testosterone as anabolic. The have been elucidated novelties of changing the content and profile of free amino acids in the blood as indicators of protein metabolism in the periods of stable functioning and biological degradation under the influence of nutrition with different content of constituent ration components in association with forced physical effort and testosterone.

The important scientific problem solved consists in the scientific foundation of the different structure of ration influence on the vital potential and the metabolism of free amino acids in the blood and in functional groups, in lack and physical effort in different periods of age, which will serve as a reference for the theory argumentation and practice of the sanocreatological nutrition system. The theoretical significance of the work is to reveal the fundamental principles of addiction of vital potential, body mass, and amino acid metabolism to the composition of ration structure with the prevalence of proteins and carbohydrates, by dynamic physical activity, period of age and anabolic action of testosterone that extends and deepens the knowledge in the physiology of nutrition and the age. The applicative value of the work is to obtain evidence of the impossibility of using existing nutritional systems in sanocreatology because they do not take into account their heterogeneous impact depending on age, physical activity and metabolic status of the organism. The results will serve to solve the problem of sanocreatology – creating the sanocreatological nutrition systems for different periods of age. Implementation of scientific results. The results of the research have been implemented in the research and elaboration of the sanocreatological nutrition system in different period of age in the Institute of Physiology and Sanocreatology, in the study process of Biological and Geological Sciences Department of the State University of Dimitrie Cantemir, at the Department of Biology and Ecology of the of Moldova and at the Department of Physiology and Sanocreatology of the T.G.Shvchenko Transnistrian State University.
