Summary

The main goal of agriculture politics must to assure the compatibility of agriculture structures of European Union, in the same time of step-by-step introduction, until of aderation time, P.A.C mechanisms. Considered within the Central and East European context, Romania disposes of an agricultural potential whichplaces it before most countries in the region, obtaining the second level after Poland regarding the agricultural and arable area.

Another factor that sustains the Romanian agricultural potential as well as its significance on the European level consists of land endowment. In this regard, confronting total arable area to the inhabitants number it can be noticed that in Romania for each inhabitant there would be about 0,42ha. On the internal point, agriculture stands for one of the most important branches of the Romanian economy, accounting for a relatively large share of Gross Domestic Product

The must important components of structural adjusting process in agriculture, is creations of exploitation like european agriculture The romanian integrations in the european structures must be do with respect two conditions:

Agricultures Romanian structures must be achieve the European standards for high performance in productions.

This performance cannot be done with out modernization and development of agriculture structures.

Romanian has not a rich country in financial resources, and neither high managerial experience for creation in short times for performant structure in agriculturale departments
