Structure of the thesis: the thesis contains annotation, introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography, figures, tables, and annexes. The researches carried out are reflected in 9 scientific publications.
Field of study: economics, management, organization management.
The purpose and objectives of the research: resides in theoretical and methodological substantiation of the influence of managerial behaviour on efficient management and achievement of the Organization's performance. In order to achieve the proposed goal, we will pursue the following objectives in detail: the theoretical and conceptual approach of the managerial behaviour; studying the dimensions and types of leadership styles and their influence on the efficiency of the organization; examining the differences between the leader or manager and their influence on the management of the organization; analysing the efficiency and effectiveness of leadership styles of organizations by researching systems, methods and techniques of managing organizations; determining the factors that generate or influence managerial behaviour within organizations from Romania; argumentation of support directorates for the efficient management of organisations with a view to their economic growth.
The scientific novelty and originality consists in the synthesis and deepening of the theoretical approaches regarding the effective style of management of the organization; adapting the concept of managerial behaviour to the development of the economic unit in order to streamline the management of the organization; researching, identifying and systematizing managerial behaviour systems, methods and techniques; determining the factors influencing managerial behaviour within the organisation; conceptual development of efficient management of the organization's management through the application of managerial behavioural benchmarks; arguing the efficient management of the organization with a view to economic growth through analytical research of organizational management of the economic entity. The important scientific problem solved consists of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the efficient management of the organization, in the light of demonstrating the possibilities of modelling the managerial behaviour.
The methodology applied in the thesis. In the thesis are used a number of models and methods of analysis acceptable in national and international practice for studying the managerial behaviour: The systemic method, the logical and dialectical method, with the appropriate instruments: scientific abstraction, analysis, and synthesis, induction and deduction.
The theoretical and applicative significance of the work consists in rendering the complex content of managerial behaviour that influences organizational management. The investigations conducted within the thesis have enabled the identification of problems related to managerial behaviour within the organisation and in this context, the use of effective pyramid that prioritizes this behaviour has been proposed, and the developed recommendations can be applied by economic entities to optimize the managerial behaviour that will eventually lead to the effective management of the organization.
Key scientific outcomes submitted for defend: the methodological framework has been developed with reference to managerial behaviour and typology of leadership styles; the questionnaire regarding the manager's style according to the "chief-supervisor" relations was elaborated and implemented, in the context of the efficient activity of the organization; the measures to improve the management style of an efficient manager have been developed and implemented in the consumer co-operation organizations in Romania.
The implementation of the scientific results. Proposals and recommendations on the results obtained were submitted to organizations in Romania. The elaborated recommendations within the thesis may be a reference for the completion of the university courses in the specialized disciplines.
