Nour Alexandra Psychopedagogical basis of learning attitudes to small school pupils through the individualization and differentiation of the training process, doctoral thesis in pedagogical sciences, Chisinau, 2019 Structure of the thesis: The thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, 140 pages of basic text, annotations in Romanian, English and Russian, bibliography (202 sources) and annexes, 17 tables and 12 figures, 15 publications .
Key-words: attitudes, learning attitudes, training, individualization, differentiation, motivation, pupil-centered learning, individual peculiarities of the pupil, pedagogical Model.
Field of research: general theory of education.
The aim of the research is to establish the scientific fundamentals, to elaborate and validate experimentally the Pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes to pupils of small school age through individualized and differentiated training.
Research objectives: Establishing the psycho-pedagogical benchmarks of learning attitudes; determining the scientific benchmarks of differentiated and individualized training; elucidating the system of psycho-pedagogical conditions for the formation of learning attitudes to pupils of small school age; developing/elaborating the pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes based on individualized and differentiated training; validating experimentally the pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes through the individualization and differentiation of the training process.
The novelty and scientific originality of the research consists in redefining the concept of learning attitude; the psycho-pedagogical foundation of the concept of learning attitudes of pupils of small school age from the perspective of training differentiation and individualization; the scientific foundation of the phenomenon of training differentiation and individualization in the context of pupil-centered education; the development of a pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes to pupils in the context of training differentiation and individualization and of the methodology of forming learning attitudes. The important scientific problem solved lies in the theoretical and praxiological foundation of a pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes to pupils of small school age on the basis of the differentiation and individualization of the educational process, in the elucidation of the relation between the formation process of learning attitudes and the individualization/differentiation of the training process.
The theoretical significance of the research consists in the development of some aspects of the theory of learning attitude through the redefinition, determination of structure, elucidation of pedagogical principles and conditions; specifying and valorising the scientific foundations of training individualization and differentiation. The theoretical foundation of the pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes to pupils of small school age and the Methodology of the formation of pupils’ learning attitudes.
The applicative value of the research is to identify the system of tools and indicators for diagnosing the level of the formation of learning attitudes to pupils of small school age and the experimental validation of the pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes through the individualization and differentiation of the training process. The implementation of the scientific results was carried out through experimental researches within two educational institutions from Chisinau, T.L. „George Meniuc” and T.L. „Ion Creangă” by implementing the theoretical and applicative fundamentals elaborated and structured in the pedagogical Model of the formation of learning attitudes through the individualization and differentiation of the training process, as well as through communications within national and international scientific conferences; scientific publications and practical activities with pupils and teachers.
