Field of study –theory and pedagogical methodology.

Aim of research consists in the methodological basis of managerial training of master students in the field of physical education and sport through managerial creativity.

Research objectives: 1. Theoretical analysis of the problem on master students’ vocational training by developing managerial creativity. 2. Establishing the role of the master students’ vocational training, future specialists in physical education and sports field, in the context of managerial content and development of managerial creativity. 3. Elaboration of the methodological aspects of the master students’ vocational training by developing the creative potential. 4. Elaboration of the structure and content of the formative approach of managerial creativity on the basis of the course "Management of creativity and innovation in sport". 5. Experimental argumentation of the course efficiency "Management of creativity and innovation in sport".

Novelty and scientific originality consists in elaboration and argumentation of the methodology for training master students in the course "Management of creativity and innovation in sport", and setting the efficiency of the new curriculum.

The important scientific problem solved in the field consists in the interpretive approach of the master students' vocational training through the development of managerial creativity and formation of creative skills within the course "Management of creativity and innovation in sport", which contributed to the efficiency of the process and its connection to the European field standards.

The theoretical importance consists in determination of the concept of managerial creativity, elaboration of the formative approach of the creative potential of master students within the course "Management of creativity and innovation in sport", as well as in setting the management-sport; managerial creativity-creativity in sport connections.

The applicative value of the paper consists in the possibility of using the methodology centred on the development of the creative potential and their application in practice. The development of managerial creativity to the master students of physical education and sports faculties has been experimentally confirmed in the drafted course "Management of creativity and innovation in sport", with conclusions and relevant recommendations for improving the instructional process of specialists in the field. The achievements complement the theoretical and practical data in the field, in order to form a creative, innovative specialist, open to continuing professional development.

Implementation of research results. The results were implemented within the instructional process of the State University of Physical Education and Sport in training the highly qualified specialists in the field of physical education and sport.
