The thesis is illustrated with 26 tables, 50 figures, 4 anexes. The obtained results are published in 22 scient ific papers.
Field of study: regenerative medicine, experimental dermatology.
The purpose of the research. Evaluation of the efficacy of the stem cells in the treatment of the lesions of the pemphigus-like models.
Objectives: simulat ing of the pemphigus-like skin defects and evaluat ion of the efficacy of the stem cell treatment for the pemphigus-like lesions in rats.
Scientific novelty and originality. The first study of the efficacy of the stem cell treatment in the pemphigus-like lesions in the rats was performed.
Resolved scientific issue. For the first time, the immunosuppressive action of allogeneic stem cells, isolated from bone marrow, on the pemphigus-like lesions, was just ified.
Theoretical significance. The study confirmed the utilit y of the histological and immunohistochemical examination with AE1 and AE3 in the assessing of the level of the epidermal damage.
Application value of the paper. The obtained models will be used in other scientific researches in SMPhU "Nicolae Testemitanu" and other departments.
Implement the scientific results. The results of the study were implemented in the activit y of the laboratory of Tissue engineering and cell culture, SMPhU "Nicolae Testemitanu "and the Bank of Tissues and Human Cells.
