The structure of the thesis: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, 155 bibliography sources, 29 annexes, 115 basic text pages, 41 figures, 30 tables. The obtained results are published in 17 scientific papers.
The aim of the research consists in the thorough study of the theoretical and methodological aspects of fruit-growing entrepreneurship and the determination of managerial methods and tools, which will ensurethe sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova. The objectives of the thesis are summarized in: concepts studying and theoretical-scientific development in the field of entrepreneurship and sustainable development; elucidating the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova; analysis of evolution and development trends of the fruit-growing branch (seed and stone species) in the Republic of Moldova; research on the development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship in the Northern Development Region of the Republic of Moldova; the analysis of the profile of fruit-growing entrepreneurship based on the "Domultera" Ltd; studying ways to support fruit growing entrepreneurship by the State; highlighting and analyzing problems in the field of fruit-growing entrepreneurship based on the questionnaire; determining those managerial methods and tools, which will ensure the sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship.
Methodology of scientific research: during the thesis elaboration, the information was gathered through direct and indirect documentation in order to get acquainted with the real phenomena. There were used various classical research methods: empirical observation, analysis (quantitative, qualitative, historical), interview method, comparison, synthesis, the induction and the deduction methods, the questioning method, the graphic and tabular illustration of the selected materials, which were then systematized and analysed, using the statistical, mathematical and econometric methods.
Scientific novelty and originality of the paper consists in the theoretical and methodological development of the concepts of entrepreneurship and sustainable development; introducing and defining a new concept of fruit-growing entrepreneurship; developing a method and a complex management tool for assessing the sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship; highlighting the ways of sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship; demonstrating the necessity and importance of fruit-growing entrepreneurship for the national economy; carrying out a complex analysis of the field of „fruit-growing entrepreneurship” in the Republic of Moldova, elaborating the assortiment of fruit species and varieties cultivated in the agricultural enterprise „Domultera” Ltd., Domulgeni village, Florești district, the Republic of Moldova.
The important scientific problem solved in the thesis consist s in the determination ofthose managerial methods and tools, which will ensure the sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship.
The theoretical significance. The results obtained in the paper are a support of theoretical and methodological concepts in the field of fruit-growing entrepreneurship and its sustainable development.
The applicative value of the thesis consists in the fact that the use of the proposed recommendations, including the assortiment of fruit species and varieties cultivated in the agricultural enterprise , elaborated and proposed by the author, will allow the sustainable development of fruit-growing entrepreneurship at micro and macroeconomic level.
The implementation of scientific results. The results of the research were appreciated positively by „Domultera” Ltd, Domulgeni village, Florești district and by the Department „Production, processing and regulation of the plant origin products quality” of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment of the Republic of Moldova.
